How We Support Members
The Roster & Scheduling Team assist members:
- Review roster changes and confirm if they comply with your Enterprise Agreement and relevant government regulations.
- Determine whether changes are permitted with or without your agreement.
- Understand your fatigue, duty, and rest entitlements.
- Provide clarity and guidance on complex or recurring scheduling issues.
- Liaise with the Company where clarification or correction is required.
